This course provides the participant:
Information on calculating difficult income and asset sources
Tools for preparing for file and physical inspections of HTC properties
Acceptable practices for correcting file deficiencies.
Comprehension of the rules during the extended use period (Years 16-30)

- Eelect to take a credit for a future course up to 8 days prior to course
